Ingredients :
  • Par Boiled Rice Rice Semolina
  • Black Gram Dhal
  • Salt
  • Sodium Bicarbonate
  • Malic Acid
  • Fenugreek and
  • Asafoetida.
Directions for Use :
  • To the contents of this pack add 375-400ml of water for every one cup of mix without heap add 1¾ cups of water and mix well to get smooth batter.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Lightly grease a set of Idli moulds with oil.
  • Gently stir the batter once and pour into Idli moulds.
  • Steam for 10–13 minutes after water begins to boil. If pressure cooker is used, do not apply the weight.
  • Serve with PRIYA Curry Leaf Powder, Idli Karam, Nallakaram
To make 13 Idlis of approx 35g each.
